1. OVERVIEW
At The No Name Club, we are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing.
While we generally do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements for damaged or defective products and allow size exchanges under specific conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
You must raise a return or exchange request within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT (DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS)
We offer a free replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- A wrong item was delivered.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage/missing items.
4. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
If the product was delivered correctly but you wish to exchange it for a different size, we are happy to assist subject to stock availability.
- Time Window: Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and have tags intact.
- Charges: The customer will be responsible for a flat shipping and handling fee of ₹140 (covers reverse pickup and re-shipping).
5. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- "Change of mind" (e.g., you don't like the color or style).
- Minor color variations due to screen/monitor differences.
- Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale".
- Note: Regular discounted items are eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise.
6. REFUNDS
We do not provide monetary refunds.
- In the event a replacement or exchange is approved, we will provide that specific item.
- Out of Stock: If the replacement item is out of stock, please contact our customer care team for alternate options (e.g., different style, store credit, or other solutions).
7. PROCESS FOR REQUESTS
To raise a request, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@thenonameclub.com or WhatsApp +91 99744 47278 within 2 days of delivery.
- Submit Proof: Share your Order ID, a description of the issue, images, and the mandatory unboxing video.
- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for the reverse pickup. You must hand over the securely packed item to the courier.
- Inspection & Dispatch: We will first receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse. Once the product passes our quality check, we will dispatch the replacement/exchange item.
- Timeline: The entire process (pickup, inspection, and delivery of replacement) typically takes 10 to 15 days.
