1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: All orders are usually processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Dispatch: You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to the courier.
  • High Volume: During sale periods or festivals, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we are a dedicated team ensuring quality checks for every package.

2. SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

We partner with reputed courier services (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure your order reaches you.

  • COD Advance Policy: To confirm a Cash on Delivery order, you must pay the ₹100 shipping fee in advance. The remaining product amount will be collected at delivery.
    • Note: This ₹100 fee is non-refundable if you refuse the delivery at your doorstep.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES & DISCLAIMER

  • Estimated Time: While most orders arrive within 4–7 business days, please note that delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • Courier Responsibility: Once the package is handed over to the courier partner, the actual delivery speed is under their control. The No Name Club does not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or operational issues.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to J&K, North East India, and remote rural areas may take 10+ days.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email and SMS.
You can track your order status on our website or directly on the courier partner’s portal.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. FAILED DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

Our courier partners will make three (3) attempts to deliver your package.

  • Unavailability: If you are not available to receive the order after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us (RTO).
  • Re-Shipping: If you request re-shipping for an RTO order, a re-shipping fee of ₹140 will be applicable.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address (landmark, PIN code) at checkout.

6. DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the outer packaging looks tampered with or heavily damaged, do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to mark it as "Damaged/Refused" and contact us immediately.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 24 hours. We will raise a dispute with the courier partner.
